The SMD FOUNDATION is an NGO registered under the Trust Deed.
The main Aim and Objective of SMD Foundation is to professionally develop and promote Sports from the grassroots level upwards.
After signing a contract of commitment with the PCEO Krzysztof KunikSMD Foundation, specialized professional training of Coaches in various disciplines of Sports will be conducted to
upgrade their existing levels.
This specialized training to Coaches shall be imparted by highly reputed and accomplished International level Trainers.
After completion of Grade level training each Coach shall be evaluated and those who will be successful shall be certified by Authorized and acclaimed Sports Organizations.
These certified Coaches under contract with SMD Foundation shall be entrusted with the training of various age group level Boys and Girls.
Coaches and players can be authentically connected with Educational Institutions, Sports Promoting Clubs or Institutions, both at the Government or Private levels.
Talented and committed youngsters can also avail training under this unique scheme.
Exceptionally talented players shall be selected as per the highly professional Selection Process and shall form the nucleus of various age group level teams of the SMD Foundation.
The SMD Foundation is committed to conduct and participate in Local, State, National & International level Sports Competitions to give much needed exposure to the SMD Foundation youngsters, to showcase their professionally honed talent.
The SMD Foundation also aims to align with top level National and International Sports promotion Organizations to enhance the level of performance of our young National level Talented players.
The SMD Foundation shall also strive hard to enhance the levels of Sports related Infrastructure and Equipments to meet International Standards.
The prestigious project will be widely introduced into India and other countries of Asia by the Regional Development Councils of the SMD FOUNDATION under the supervision and management of the Regional Directors and the Board of Directors.
Talent hunt and selection trials of aspiring young Coaches and age group level footballers is already in progress.

Soccer Skills Pro is committed to promote and develop the finer aspects of Football amongst the younger generations in various age group levels throughout the World.
With the above mentioned objective in mind, Soccer Skills Pro, after being hugely successful in Europe, embarked on an ambitious project to expand the scope of our operations in Asia.
In this regard a team of experts led by CEO Krzysztof Kunik and Richard Orlowski visited India in 2017 during the FIFA U-17 World Cup at the invitation of Shyamal Pal
the National Chairperson of NSMD Foundation India.
Extensive meetings were held in various parts of India (in training camps of Schools, Colleges, Universities and Clubs) during our visit to India in 2017 to chalk out plans to introduce the Football Development and promotion project plans of Soccer Skills Pro in India and Asia.
During the reciprocal visit to Warsaw, Poland in Europe, extensive orientation and other co related training programs were conducted in which Shyamal Pal the P
SMD Foundation National Chairpersonp participated with tremendous professional zeal, enthusiasm and vision resulting in his appointment in 2017 to the coveted position of PARTNER OF SOCCER SKILLS PRO FOR INDIA AND ASIA.
It is pertinent to mention here that the projected turnover of the Asian Project was estimated to be more than Indian Currency 15 Crores per annum
The professional level planning continued in Europe in 2018 and 2019 with the active participation and support of Shyamal Pal the Partner for India and Asia.
Unfortunately the COVID pandemic and the following lockdown frustrated and paralysed all our plans to start operations in India and Asia in April 2020.
However once the Pandemic started relenting the entire SOCCER SKILLS PRO Team started reactivating ourselves to start our operations once again in a gradual manner.
However due to unforeseen unfortunate circumstances, our office in Gangtok Sikkim, the base of Shyamal Pal our Partner for India & Asia had to close down which has resulted in tremendous loss to our noble project which is aimed at providing a highly professional platform for the young budding footballers of India and Asia to showcase their talent.
However the untiring and relentless pursuit of our team led by Shyamal Pal has resulted in creating a positive platform for incorporating reputed Organizations and Establishments from India and Asia into our Development and promotion project.
We envisage that our operations shall commence from February 2026 when sizeable numbers of talented age group level players shall embark upon a high profile exposure tour of Europe.
Training for Coaches is another attempt by Soccer Skills Pro to enhance the performance of Indian and Asian Footballers.
Soccer Skills Pro is committed to promote and develop Football in India and Asia with professional ethics and result oriented attitude .
The Apex Committee Members of Soccer Skills Pro led by CEO Krzysztof Kunik and Richard Orlowski will be shortly visiting India to sign pragmatic MOUs to show case our collaborative intentions.
